Job Purpose 

Your role will be to manage and nurture our UK Sales Order Teams to ensure we continue to delight customers and provide a value-added service. This will involve proactively improving, reviewing and implementing processes and procedures in order to obtain a competitive edge as well as make sure that service levels agreed with the business are met or surpassed.



Job Responsibilities 

•    Support, coach & motivate team members to ensure that all customer contact reflects our brands & exceeds client expectations.

•    Collaborate with colleagues to build & continuously improve procedures for optimum efficiencies & consistency.

•    Handle & resolve complaints to the satisfaction of customers & the business.

•    Encourage team members to meet or exceed performance targets.

•    Provide business reporting.

•    Nurture strong working relationships with internal/external customers.



Job Requirements 

•    Experience of running customer service teams.

•    Excel at nurturing & coaching reports.

•    Effective at managing teams to meet business targets.

•    A Levels or equivalent NVQ Level 3 Business Administration / Customer Service.
