We’re a charitable housing association based in Chelmsford, Essex. We exist to meet local housing need. We own and manage over 11,500 homes and provide services for over 27,000 customers in the eastern region of England.

We have over 300 employees, including teams of specialists and skilled tradespeople, all of whom are committed to providing our customers with a great service and a safe, high-quality home.
