Gloucester City Homes (GCH) is an independent Housing Association with deep roots in the City of Gloucester and surrounding area, going back over 100 years. We currently support approximately 12,500 customers living in around 5,000 homes. As a social business we are committed to investing locally to create jobs and opportunities and want everyone to have a home they can be proud of, where they can thrive and be healthy.
All GCH homes meet the Government’s decent homes standard and there is a 30 year financial business plan to deliver around £250 million investment in our existing and new homes.
