We support undergraduates from lower socio-economic backgrounds to access and sustain top graduate jobs. Working in close partnership with leading employers and universities, we deliver a programme of 1-to-1 coaching to eligible undergraduates. We currently provide personalised support to 3,000 students from across the UK, helping them to discover different career options, and develop the vital skills, networks and experiences needed to succeed in their chosen career and beyond.
