Salary: £29,533 



Full time, Permanent  



35 hours

We are looking for a Caretaker to join us to provide an effective, responsive and proactive caretaking service, contributing to the security, and well-being of residents and the maintenance of our estates and high rise properties. The postholder will have specific responsibilities for cleanliness and the overall appearance of the neighbourhood, contributing to the quality of life of customers    



    



To be successful, we’re looking for you to have:          





  • Demonstrable experience of and commitment to providing a good quality customer service     




  • Practical ability to carry out property maintenance and to be alert to problems     




  • Knowledge of relevant health & safety and procedures and COSHH regulations    




  • Able to respond appropriately to emergencies and use own initiative   




  • Able to carry out minor building maintenance work    




  • Basic IT skills including Microsoft word and email    




  • Willing to work out of hours if required    




  • Full clean driving licence
