[Contract] Customer Success/Commercial Performance Analyst at IRIS Recruitment

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Customer Success Operations Analyst to join our Customer Success & Renewals Operations team for a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Senior Director of Customer Success, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the systems, data, and operational insights that underpin our global Customer Success organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop deep expertise in CS Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with the Director of CS Operations, Customer Success leadership, and cross-functional RevOps partners, contributing directly to retention, renewal, and expansion outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the administration and ongoing configuration of Gainsight, including health scores, playbooks, CTAs, and Journey Orchestrator campaigns
Helping manage integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, NetSuite, and support platforms, monitoring data flows and resolving data quality issues in partnership with RevTech and Data teams
Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and operational insights across Gainsight, Salesforce, and BI tools, tracking key metrics such as GRR, NRR, churn, customer health, and expansion performance
Preparing QBR materials, renewal forecasts, and leadership reporting, and supporting data reconciliation across Customer Success, Sales, and Finance
Analysing customer lifecycle and health data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting proactive churn identification
Maintaining and supporting documentation for CS playbooks, onboarding journeys, renewal workflows, and escalation processes
Assisting with testing and quality assurance of system and configuration changes prior to wider rollout
Providing day-to-day operational support to the Customer Success and Renewals teams, responding to ad-hoc data, reporting, and system requests
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Data, and IT on reporting alignment and operational initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential

2+ years’ experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical GTM role
Strong experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard building
Proven analytical skills with confidence working with large datasets and translating insights into clear outputs
Experience building reports in Gainsight, Salesforce, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
High attention to detail, strong data ownership, and a proactive, self-starting mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with non-technical stakeholders

Desirable

Hands-on experience with Gainsight or similar CS platforms (e.g. ChurnZero, Totango)
Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP / finance systems
Working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools
Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle, renewals, and expansion
Exposure to operational documentation or change management

We are looking to recruit a General Operative to join our Home2Home Response team. You will assist in the delivery of our maintenance programme through the effective and coordinated support of multi skilled and general operatives in Barnstaple and the surrounding areas.

This is a 37 hours per week role.

The main responsibilities of the roles are:

Supporting the Response team in maintaining properties efficiently and effectively.
Working alongside our team of Multi Skilled Operatives (MSO) in supporting larger work projects or those requiring more than one person.
Assisting on site with general labouring and delivery duties, including manual handling tasks.
Loading and unloading all debris/materials as required by the MSO from or to stores, site or place of disposal.
Assisting in the purchasing of materials or hiring of tools or plant as instructed by the MSO.

About You

You will be looking to work for a supportive company delivering valuable services to the local community.
You will have a basic knowledge of the building industry with experience assisting in one or more of the following areas; brickwork / blockwork, paving, plastering / rendering, roofing, carpentry, fencing, decoration.
You will have working knowledge of health & safety principles.

Are you an experienced interim leader who thrives on pace, clarity and delivering meaningful change? Halton Housing is seeking a high‑impact Interim Head of Repairs & Maintenance to lead a critical phase of transformation across our Repairs and Maintenance service.

With 7,000 homes, 330 colleagues and a reputation for doing things differently, we’re reshaping our operating model through our Refresh Project, and we need an interim who can bring expertise, stability and momentum.

This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, lead people through change, and deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, compliance and operational performance.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team comprising two Maintenance Managers, one Void Manager, and one Habitations Manager, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure service delivery is efficient, consistent, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Your Mission

What You Bring

We’re looking for an interim who is:

Highly experienced in Repairs & Maintenance leadership
A strong housing background
Comfortable leading teams through change and uncertainty
Strong on compliance, safety and regulatory requirements
Commercially sharp, with proven budget and risk management experience
Confident influencing at Exec level and engaging with stakeholders
Skilled at using data to drive operational decisions
Able to quickly diagnose issues and implement practical solutions
Proven experience in regulated environments, supporting In‑Depth Assessments (IDAs) by coordinating inspection documentation, evaluating compliance against regulatory frameworks, and implementing improvements aligned to inspection findings would be highly beneficial.
Candidates will have experience of working within the requirements of Awaab’s Law, including managing damp and mould cases, meeting statutory repair timeframes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience working with repairs scheduling systems to log, prioritise, and track maintenance requests, ensuring adherence to service standards and statutory repair timescales.
Significant experience of the Housing Health and Safety rating system (HHSRS), disrepair and the Human Habitation Act 2018.
A full UK driving licence.

The TUC is looking for an Accounts Payable Finance Support Officer to join its busy finance team.

In this role, you’ll work as part of the wider finance team to ensure we pay our suppliers on time and that these payments are accurately reconciled. The role will involve daily use of our finance software packages Business Central and Continia to maintain the purchase ledger, and you’ll be the first point of contact with finance to ensure we are delivering a great service for the TUC.

You’ll be based in the TUC’s finance team and primarily working closely with colleagues in accounts payable. You’ll also work with the management accounts team to ensure our payments are coded to the correct budgets.

What experience, skills, knowledge and understanding do you need?

You will be AAT qualified, or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to achieve the qualification
You’ll understand accounting concepts and enjoy problem solving and improving processes

You’ll be confident with IT systems, both those you are familiar with and those that are new

You’ll have excellent communication skills and be comfortable resolving queries for colleagues and suppliers alike.
