You&amp;rsquo;ll arrange, coordinate and supervise practical work, events and assessment projects as well as advise students on techniques. You may also be required to deliver personal care and administer medication.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;As our Lecturer, we&amp;rsquo;d like you to hold a teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards) and have engaged in recent, relevant continuing professional development. You will have strong subject knowledge and current teaching experience in the delivery of English, Maths, and Employability skills. You should understand inclusive learning strategies and progression pathways within further education, particularly in relation to improving opportunities for learners with SEND. Experience of vocational curriculum development in Further Education is essential, including RARPA, entry level qualifications and Functional Skills.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;You&amp;rsquo;ll be able to apply a range of strategies to meet individual learning needs and have experience of motivating and guiding individuals and/or teams towards agreed objectives. You should also demonstrate the ability to design and deliver a variety of vocational programmes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with students, colleagues and a range of internal and external stakeholders. This role drives progression from consistency to mastery to excellence, ensuring teaching practice is high-quality, evidence-informed and aligned with inspection expectations. It provides strategic leadership for quality improvement, teacher development and inspection readiness across the Group.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;You will lead the Group&amp;rsquo;s Observation Process, oversee its design, implementation, moderation and quality assurance, whilst undertaking high-level observations. Managing a specialist team, including Teaching &amp;amp; Development Coaches, the Specialist Maths Practitioner and the CPD &amp;amp; Training Coordinator, you will ensure impactful coaching, early career development, digital pedagogy support and targeted interventions.
