  <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Deputy Clinical Lead - End of Life Urgent Care Service (EOLUCS) (Band 6)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary: &amp;pound;39,060 - &amp;pound;47,034 Per Annum, Depending on Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Permanent&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Full-Time&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an experienced and compassionate registered nurse to join St Luke&amp;rsquo;s Hospice as Deputy Clinical Lead within our End of Life Urgent Care Service. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of responsive, high-quality end of life care in the community, helping patients remain in their preferred place of care and avoid unnecessary hospital admission.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ABOUT THE ROLE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Support the Clinical Lead in the operational management and day-to-day delivery of the EOLUCS team.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Provide clinical leadership, specialist assessment and decision-making for patients receiving end of life care in the community.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Help coordinate workloads, support team development and contribute to service improvement.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with internal teams and external health and social care partners to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Deputise for the Clinical Lead when required.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Registered Adult Nurse with&amp;nbsp;current NMC registration.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Experience of clinical leadership, team coordination and supporting staff development.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Strong assessment, communication and partnership-working skills.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;A commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate end of life care.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&#9;&lt;li&gt;Experience in palliative and end of life care, community care, or complex care coordination would be advantageous.&lt;/li&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WORKING PATTERN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week, with working pattern options including 5 days per week or compressed hours across 4 days.
