Working alongside the Service Manager, you will support the smooth running of the home, maintain high standards of care, safety and compliance, and act as a positive role model for the team.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;The role includes leading and mentoring staff, supporting rota management and administrative tasks, contributing to audits and quality monitoring and ensuring care plans, risk assessments and records are accurate and up to date. You will promote best practice in safeguarding, support compliance with CQC and relevant legislation and help develop a skilled and confident team through training and guidance.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;You will work closely with families and professionals to support people&amp;rsquo;s health, wellbeing and independence, while responding calmly and effectively in a range of situations. As a Rent Advisor, you will manage rent accounts, working directly with residents to resolve arrears, agree repayment plans and provide practical, empathetic support tailored to individual circumstances. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;You will take ownership of your cases from end to end, including preparing legal action, attending court and evictions, and visiting residents in their homes when needed. After opening the service in February 2025, it has gone from strength-to-strength, and we are incredibly proud of the support that we are able to offer to young people in need.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;We&amp;rsquo;re now seeking a&amp;nbsp;Specialist Support Worker,&amp;nbsp;which is a key role within the service in providing effective, one-to-one, intensive, person-centred support to the young people that live in Hewmar House.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Within the role, you&amp;rsquo;ll use a range of tools and techniques and deliver a flexible and inclusive support package to build confidence and independence.
