The bar service compliments other hospitality functions including a coffee shop which is available to residents, staff and the general public.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;The role of the team is to provide a welcoming bar service with a range of activities for all. The team carry out bar duties which includes serving customers at the bar in line with licensing regulations, helping with organised activities and events and ensuring the bar is correctly stocked and is a clean, safe environment for all who use it.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About you&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;You&amp;rsquo;ll deliver an excellent, customer focused bar service and be responsible for the operation of the licensed bar when on shift. You&amp;rsquo;ll get to know the residents&amp;rsquo; preferences and ensure that they are always available and keep the pantries stocked. You&amp;rsquo;ll liaise with both the catering and care management teams to ensure good communication.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Serving in The Oaks and other social spaces, you&amp;rsquo;ll take care to always be helpful and friendly, help clean the tables after service and adopt a &amp;lsquo;clean as you go&amp;rsquo; work ethic, and fully stock the small kitchens, take fridge temperatures, clean kitchen fridges and keep kitchens clean and tidy.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About you&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;We&amp;rsquo;d like our Food Service Assistant to have relevant customer service experience in a care home environment and have experience of following Food Safety and Health &amp;amp; Safety procedures.
