We have an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Panel which support and promoted EDI across the organisations, a full-time EDI Partner, and Senior Management Team committed to making UKAEA in employer of choice for individuals from diverse backgrounds by providing an inclusive working environment.

MULTI-FAITH FACILITIES AT UKAEA

We currently have two contemplation rooms on our site with another one planned for a new building, which will include facilities for women returners who are breastfeeding to express and store their milk.

RELIGIONS AND FAITH AT UKAEA

IA’s have organised events for September, Faith Month, Why Faith Matters and a Religion & Belief Quiz. Also a member of staff will be sharing their experience of observing their faith during covid-19 lockdown.
