We are looking for a new team member to join our busy court in Perth for 12 months as an administrative officer.
Administrative Officers carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court or provide support to other functions within the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service.
You will undertake a number of general administrative duties including:
- Processing and distributing incoming mail to colleagues which comprises of writs, summonses, simplified divorces, enquiries and other documents.
- Creating and updating records on our in-house computer system and data input
- Producing court documents
- Preparing files for court hearings
- General photocopying and filing
- Dealing with numerical calculations
- Accounting for monies in accordance with financial guidelines
