The role:

ARC Specialist – Ticketing Support

What you’ll do:

In this exciting role you will provide expert ticketing support to our airports worldwide. You are the first point of contact for all airports, offering advice to front line staff supporting customers with ticketing needs. You will find solutions, respond to disruption and offer our service providers help, advice and guidance. You will deliver a seamless customer service experience 24/7, 365 days per year.

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

Your experience:

  • Aged 18 or over at the time of application
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Hold a valid passport (with minimum of 12 months before expiry date)
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
  • Ability to obtain and retain an airside pass
  • Willing and able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Previous reservations experience desirable.
  • Exceptional knowledge in native reservations desirable.
