The Opportunity - Part Time Customer Service Advisor

We have opened our JET village doors once again, and are excited to find our first class of 2024. We are now searching for the best talent to join us and help us as we continue building a great place to work here in Sunderland. At JET we care about our people and provide a vibrant place to work with great facilities, free fruit, snacks and refreshments and carefully scheduled shifts to make late night working until 11pm that little bit easier. We are now looking to strengthen our customer service team with self motivated and hardworking individuals to help us handle interactions with our customers and restaurant partners across a range of channels including voice and chat. We are looking for people who can help us make a difference in achieving satisfaction for our customers, who are passionate about service excellence, able to handle difficult calls with resilience and determination and who love to help. People who love to talk and can adapt to both telephone and instant message with ease.
