Estates Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Officer to join our busy customer focused Estates and facilities department at Loughborough College. 

You will be responsible for all electrical repairs and maintenance across the campus and halls of residence, including support of highly technical environments within our new buildings. You will also ensure that planned electrical maintenance is completed to service level instructions and key performance targets. 

You will develop close working relationships with key college stakeholders and liaise with external contractors for a range of activities, always demonstrating a professional approach which generates credibility and confidence.

Relevant experience in a similar role is essential. You will possess a relevant trade qualification, have extensive knowledge in all required trade areas and have a comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
