We have an opportunity for a Family Worker to join our North Families in Focus team.

Families in Focus is a large multi-disciplinary service providing early intervention and targeted support for children and families with multiple and complex needs.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in North Bristol. You will have proven experience of working with children and families with wide ranging needs to achieve sustained change and positive outcomes. Y

You will work as part of a busy and supportive team, have experience of multi- agency partnership work and have excellent communication skills. You will also promote good equalities practice, and value diversity across the service.

You will have a manageable, diverse and interesting case load, opportunities for meaningful direct work with children and families and opportunities for professional development as well as mentoring and support from other team members.
