Human Resources Officer 



Vacancy Salary £30,000 per annum 



Vacancy Location Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk 



Permanent, Full time  



 



We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join the Human Resources team to provide high level generalist HR support aligned to our People Strategy and to provide excellent HR customer service to both our internal and external customers.  



 



Key responsibilities include:  



 





  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. 




  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing role profiles, posting ads and managing the hiring process. 




  • Ensure that prospective staff have the right to work at the organisation. 




  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. 




  • Provide advice to management on employee relations and management issues. 




  • Monitor and support training for the organisation, including new staff inductions.

Our ideal candidate will have:  



 





  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or other HR position. 




  • Knowledge of HR functions (maintaining the HR system, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) 




  • Understanding of basic employment law and disciplinary procedures. 




  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. 




  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. 




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 




  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. 




  • Strong ethics and reliability. 




  • Fully or part CIPD qualified or relevant experience.
