Are you interested in working for a top-ranked Management School, with an international reputation for research and one of a select number of global business schools with Triple Crown accreditation? We are seeking applications from motivated individuals to join our Programme and Student Support team, providing administrative support to academic and professional services colleagues in helping to deliver our taught programmes and in supporting our students, ensuring that they have the very best student experience. You will have a good level of education to GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent qualifications/experience) and some previous administrative experience. An ability to be well organised, with close attention to detail, is important to this role, as are excellent communication and customer service skills.

You will be joining a large team of 24 staff who support the student experience. The Programme and Student Support team works alongside our wider professional services team of 79 staff, supporting activities such as data and accreditation, marketing and student recruitment, finance and operations, employability and external relations. There are opportunities to explore other areas of the professional services, and to progress within the School and University.
This role is full-time, and we are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University, including hybrid working.

We’re one of the best not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK. The University’s Total Reward Package includes a competitive salary, a generous Pension Scheme and annual leave entitlement, as well as access to a range of learning and development courses to support your personal and professional development.

We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
