We are looking to welcome sales champions who have the customer's satisfaction at the forefront of everything you do, to join our amazing team in IKEA Cardiff. This will be in our Textiles sales team.

Expected Starting Date: 11th May 2024
Interviews will take place between: 22nd - 24th April 2024

WHAT WE OFFER

• £12 hourly rate
• Living Wage Foundation Employer
• 24 hours weekly, 5 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
• 16 hours weekly, 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
• Working hours between 8am to 8:30pm
• Flexibility on availability to be discussed during interviews

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers
• You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings
• You are always passionate about the range and home furnishings, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
• You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop
