As a Service & Delivery Part Time Analyst within the EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) Service & Delivery Team, you will serve as a vital resource for the front office and client-facing stakeholders. You will act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and operations. Your role may include the investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, proxy delivery and global project management of the role out of the proxy workflow platform, and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems.

Job responsibilities

  • Provides end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally
  • Monitors ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps
  • Works on continuous improvement efforts, while reducing risk across all touch-points in the trade path
  • Manages governance & oversight change initiatives inc. proxy
  • Facilitates training for new application users
  • Works with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products
  • Ensures the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries
  • Addresses ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant financial industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies 2
  • Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently
  • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business
  • Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
