Student Funding Assistant (Scholarships)

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service and is looking to use their skills to improve the student experience.

We have a Student Funding Assistant role available that requires a positive outlook with willingness to be flexible in terms of contributing to the work of the whole team. Experience of communicating with students or customers would be advantageous as well as being able to work in a busy environment. This provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, team working, and IT skills.

You will need a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C or Grade 9-5. Have the ability to organise, work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail and accuracy. We would also expect you to be able to adapt your skills to new circumstances and an ability to learn and develop.
