We are looking for a highly customer focused individual with experience of working with vulnerable customers, particularly where you have had to influence changes in their behaviour.

A key focus of the role will be to advise and assist our ‘at risk’ and other vulnerable customers to ensure they can access appropriate financial support to sustain their tenancy and live independently. We take pride in our properties and care about our tenants. You will work to ensure customers understand their tenancy obligations and take action against any breaches.

Some customers may need additional support to sustain their home, it’s important for us to prevent homelessness and you will work to ensure customers receive the help and support they need.
