Overall Purpose of Role:



Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Nissan Europe Academy team to drive positive change through Sales, Aftersales, Technical, Product and Brand training to the Dealer network.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with all key external agencies; AMCI responsible for Product and Brand & MSXI responsible for Sales, Aftersales and Technical programme development, training delivery and the Nissan Academy managed service.

Assist the dealer network and Field team with all aspects of training and reporting to support programme completion.

Strong reporting skills to forecast training delivery schedules and to support the network and field team

Promote training within the dealer network and through social media platforms to drive engagement in the network.



Main Tasks and Responsibilities:



Product and Brand




  • Maintenance, localisation and development of all central Product e-learning, Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) 

  • Management of face-to-face; Brand Induction Events and Product training, UK and European travel may be required.



Sales, Aftersales and Technical 




  • Responsible for all Sales consultant training programme for the dealer network

  • Management of face-to-face; Sales,  Aftersales and Technical training  



Reporting, Systems and Finance




  • Management of the Core Sales, Aftersales, Technical, Product, Brand, venue and fleet budget lines

  • Raising Purchase Orders and paying invoice

  • Accurate re-forecasting for FY 

  • Prorex – Purchase order system 

  • Prepare and upload dealer intranet quarterly dealer training levy / cancellation statements and invoices

  • Responsible for maintenance of annual Academy budget to report monthly to Academy Manager and Finance.

  • Systems, Saba / Cornerstone (LMS) – Nissan Academy Online 



Skills & Experience




  • Experience in similar or related position

  • Planning, organisation, budgeting and reporting skills

  • Developing, presenting materials online or in person

  • Data analysis and data forecasting experience 

  • Competent user of MS applications and willingness to learn & use other systems eg Prorex, Saba/Cornerstone, Intranet



UK and European travel may be required to support event/ training activities
