Overall Purpose of Role:
Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Nissan Europe Academy team to drive positive change through Sales, Aftersales, Technical, Product and Brand training to the Dealer network.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with all key external agencies; AMCI responsible for Product and Brand & MSXI responsible for Sales, Aftersales and Technical programme development, training delivery and the Nissan Academy managed service.
Assist the dealer network and Field team with all aspects of training and reporting to support programme completion.
Strong reporting skills to forecast training delivery schedules and to support the network and field team
Promote training within the dealer network and through social media platforms to drive engagement in the network.
