Administrator (Homeownership Admin Officer) 



£25,725 per annum 



Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk 



Permanent, Full Time - 37hrs per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeownership Admin Officer to support the Homeownership team to deliver an outstanding and compliant, customer focussed management of processes for Homeowners and Leaseholders. 



 



Key Responsibilities Include: 



 





  • To provide support to the Homeownership Team through responding to enquiries received and managing inboxes to ensure swift resolution or triaging of incoming enquiries or caseload. 




  • Liaise with the team and wider organisation to arrange key meetings, taking accurate minutes and circulating to the appropriate audience 




  • Collate and prepare information and documentation for the Homeownership Team for circulation to the wider business, external partners and Homeowners, including providing reports and presentations as required 




  • Actively engage with dissatisfied customers, ensuring resolution in line with service standards and customer satisfaction requirements with an aim to minimise formal complaints received.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: 



 



Education and Qualifications: 



 





  • Educated to GCSE level 





 



Experience: 



 





  • Knowledge and experience of working in line with GDPR and handling sensitive and personal data. 




  • Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage. 





 



Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: 



 





  • An understanding of regulatory requirements relating to Registered Housing Providers. 




  • The ability to manage own workload and prioritise the service to meet legislative deadlines, business plan targets, and operational service plans. 




  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting deadlines in a proactive way. 




  • A good understanding of Housing Law would be an advantage. 




  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills. 




  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.

This role is subject to a basic DBS check.
