We are looking to recruit an Administrator to support our small HR and Governance team working within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be a confident and organised administrator able to both plan ahead and react to a variety of ad hoc challenges as they emerge.



The Professional Standards Authority (PSA) promotes the health, safety and wellbeing of patients, service users and the public by raising standards of regulation and registration of people working in health and care. We are an independent body, accountable to the UK Parliament.



You will be working alongside our Head of HR and Governance and our HR and Governance Advisor in a small team. Ideally, you will have some experience working in one or more of the following areas;




  • Administration

  • Working on HR transactional matters

  • Working on information governance matters

  • Handling and protecting confidential information

  • Communicating (written and oral) confidently with colleagues and the public.

  • Dealing with sensitive issues.

The PSA operates a hybrid working policy where staff are expected to work two days a week in the office in Blackfriars in London (three days during the probation period).
