Are you an experienced compliance professional with a strong track record in safety, quality and delivering high standards in housing maintenance? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Asset Compliance Manager to join our team at NCHA.
About the Role
As the Asset Compliance Manager, you’ll ensure that all regulatory requirements are met across key safety areas such as gas, electrical, water hygiene, asbestos and fire safety, contracts are effectively managed and high standards of safety and compliance are maintained across NCHA’s housing stock.
You’ll lead investigations, manage high-value contracts and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, contractors and service providers. This role requires leadership, technical knowledge and a focus on delivering reliable, customer-focused services.

What We’re Looking For
Our next Compliance Asset Manager will be a knowledgeable and experienced professional with the necessary qualifications and extensive experience in a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or fire safety maintenance environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and substantial experience working within the housing or construction sectors. You should be confident in managing complex programmes, procurement and contractor performance as well as planning and monitoring budgets. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, as we have locations throughout the East Midlands.
This role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week – we support a hybrid working model between home and our new office in Clifton.
