We are looking for an Asset Delivery Manager to join us to lead and develop a modern strategic asset management service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who values collaboration, trust, and doing the right thing for customers, colleagues, and communities.
The role
In this role, you will create a supportive and empowering environment, taking responsibility for the delivery of asset investment activity including capital works, stock condition data, and planned and cyclical programmes.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service aligned with strategic priorities, modelling a proactive and coaching leadership style that promotes continuous improvement and innovation.
You will lead the delivery of major works and improvement programmes, maintaining strong financial control, value for money, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes overseeing contractors and consultants, embedding the requirements of Awaab’s Law, addressing damp, mould and condensation issues, managing Section 20 consultation processes, and overseeing Disabled Facilities Grant works, while ensuring robust processes are in place to protect the organisation in relation to disrepair and insurance claims.
About you
We are looking for someone with a recognised construction‑related qualification and solid experience within the affordable housing or construction sector.
You will have experience managing refurbishment or major works programmes, leading and developing teams, and working with asset data to inform strategic decision‑making. A strong understanding of health and safety is essential, along with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
This role requires a full driving licence and access to insured transport to support travel between sites.
If you are a values‑led leader who is passionate about improving homes, supporting communities, and developing people, we would love to hear from you.
