Join our Risk & Restructuring team to manage a portfolio of underperforming micro loan investments. Your primary responsibility will be to develop an in-depth understanding of and close working relationship with portfolio clients to maximize returns on such investments. You will act as the account manager and primary point of contact for these investments, attending and conducting meetings with portfolio companies as appropriate. You will also develop and implement recovery strategies and provide administrative support to the team. 

You will be self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling time-critical, client-sensitive work, with strong organizational and administrative skills and good communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
