Permanent – Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Here at Lovell, we are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join us and work on schemes across the North East.
The successful candidate will provide valuable support to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor by assisting in the day to day financial and cost control, in addition to the reporting of one or more developments from the Award up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery/discharge of all retentions and completion of archive material.
Responsibilities:
IT literate, with previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be knowledgeable on construction and will ideally have a background in housing. You will have knowledge and an understanding of administration of contract records in addition to contractual obligations. Competency is COINS would be highly beneficial.
