Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum DOE

What you'll be doing 



As an Assistant Technical Coordinator Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, you’ll be working in the technical team to assist, and with experience lead, on the management of the planning and technical functions on housebuilding sites from pre-planning to project completion. 



  



More about you 



You’ll demonstrate you can successfully deliver customer focused services in a complex and challenging environment; have excellent project management skills and able to work in an organised methodical manner whilst multi-tasking; be proactive and driven and able to work to tight deadlines; have a keen eye for detail to check drawings and design information; be pleasant and personable and able to work in a collaborative team environment. 



You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills able to convey complex technical matters to a non-technical audience; have a relevant professional qualification, or be working towards one, and have experience of working in a technical team for a house builder or within an architectural or engineering consultancy. 



Have a good working knowledge of construction techniques, the design process and be advantageous to know and understand the CDM Regulations. 



At the same time, you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in a dynamic and interesting environment where no day is ever the same. 



  



When and where you'll be doing it 



Your office base will be at The Hub at Mulberry Park in Bath but with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. You will be required to attend site meetings on sites which are located within approx. 1 hour from Bath so a driving license and your own car is essential.
