We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious BDRs to join our high-performing sales team. If you love speaking to people, are curious about tech, and want a career with real progression — this is your launchpad 



 



What You’ll Be Doing




  • Reaching out to businesses through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events

  • Speaking with potential customers to understand their needs

  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings for our Account Executives

  • Learning the ins and outs of our HR, payroll, and accountancy products

  • Updating the CRM with activity and insights

  • Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams

  • Hitting monthly goals for outreach and meetings booked

  • Confident communicator — you enjoy speaking with people

  • Willingness to learn and take on feedback

  • Driven, motivated, and excited by targets

  • Comfortable picking up the phone

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Basic computer skills — we’ll train you in everything else!
