About the role

Are you looking to develop your career in Health and Safety while making a real difference to people's lives? We are looking for a Compliance and Health & Safety Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Compliance and Health & Safety teams, helping to deliver statutory compliance and Health & Safety functions across all JRHT operations.

The role manages routine enquiries, updates systems, maintains records for compliance areas including gas, asbestos, legionella, electrical testing and lifting equipment, and acts immediately on any compliance breaches. It supports customer service, meeting preparation, reporting, training events, system updates, and contributes to KPIs, dashboards and assurance reports, ensuring that compliance evidence is accurate, timely and aligned with JRHT policies and legislation.

About you

As our Compliance and Health & Safety Administrator you will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and other web-based computer applications, with a good working knowledge of Excel.

Ideally, you will have experience working within social housing, local government, care services or another regulated environment. in a Compliance and or Health and Safety or related environment.

Have a willingness to develop experience in particular fields of Compliance and Health & Safety.
