At Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA), we’re committed to providing safe, secure, and well-maintained homes for our customers. We’re looking for a Compliance Contracts Officer to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in delivering landlord compliance across our property portfolio.

About the Role

As a Compliance Contracts Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our compliance operations, ensuring that our homes meet all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will:

• Oversee the delivery of landlord asset compliance programmes, including Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, LOLER, and other essential inspections


• Monitor compliance performance, identify risks and take proactive steps to resolve non-compliance issues


• Support procurement processes, manage contracts and ensure contractors deliver high-quality, safe services


• Carry out inspections and assist with refurbishment, maintenance and repair projects


• Produce clear, auditable reports to demonstrate compliance and inform decision-making.

About You

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for safety and quality. You’ll bring:

• Strong knowledge of the ‘Big 6’ compliance areas in housing


• Experience in landlord compliance, contract procurement and contractor management


• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights


• A full valid driving licence and flexibility to attend meetings outside core hours
