Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into engaging content? Join Amplius as a Content Marketing Officer and play a key role in our award-winning Communications and Marketing team.

You'll create compelling content that helps people understand their homeownership options, brings our employer brand to life and connects with audiences across a range of digital channels. If you're passionate about content, social media and digital storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: £42,476 per year

Contract: Fixed term contract for up to 12 months

Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm

Location: Hybrid - weekly office presence in Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston.

Snapshot of your role

• Produce engaging content across blogs, case studies, web copy, newsletters, infographics, video scripts, podcasts, social media and digital advertising.


• Shape targeted content for Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy, tailoring messages to different audiences and stages of the customer journey.


• Own and grow Amplius’ new homes and recruitment social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, creating content that connects with audience and strengthens our brand.


• Develop organic and paid social content, track performance and engagement, and work with colleagues to manage audience interactions.


• Support marketing and recruitment campaigns with inclusive, accessible content that reflects Amplius' tone of voice and brand guidelines, while considering SEO, social search and AI search.


• Work as part of a creative, collaborative team to turn ideas into impactful campaigns and content.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role

• A relevant degree-level professional qualification, or equivalent experience gained through relevant training and employment.


• Experience working in marketing, communications or social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative content.


• Experience creating content across different formats and channels, including social media, digital campaigns, written content and video.


• Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.


• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and audience behaviours, with the ability to manage content and competing deadlines.


• A willingness to be in front of the camera for various campaigns, as well as the skills to operate camera equipment for capturing content.


• A collaborative and creative approach, with a commitment to inclusive content and an understanding of equal opportunities and the needs of different audiences.

Important – DBS clearance and right to work in the UK are essential requirements. We do not provide sponsorship.

A full UK driving licence and transport will be required for this role.
