We’re on the lookout for fantastic Customer Service Advisors who will love speaking with people over the telephone and providing resolutions to their queries and complaints. You don’t have to have call centre experience; we know that customer service experience comes from a variety of industries; what you will have, is a friendly personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to diffuse challenging situations. 

You’ll be committed to living our values and delivering an outstanding service to our customers. You will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service answering queries and helping to manage their complaints quickly and efficiently. Self-motivated with a positive approach, you will be an active listener who can manage difficult situations when helping customers and investigate each complaint thoroughly to ensure the best outcome.
