Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours per week
We have a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated Customer Service / Multi Trade Operatives to join our team, 1 covering Lovell’s South Wales (Cardiff to Haverfordwest) and 1 covering the South West (Bristol Area to Salisbury) region.
Working to deliver the best quality in service, you will carry out responsive maintenance works, attending to defects reported within the warranty period for purchasers and clients, whilst completing work to an excellent standard, achieving customer satisfaction at all times.
You’ll be responsible for health and safety to both operative and the occupants of the property, limiting the extent of damage and making safe in the event of emergency works.
We are looking for a Customer Service Operatives with a Multi Trade background (Carpentry / Joinery essential) along with experience of working in occupied homes, property maintenance or similar customer facing repair environments.
With good construction knowledge, you will have a good understand of NHBC and LABC warranty requirements
With good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, you’ll exhibit high service standards to ensure customer expectations are met.
A full UK driving licence is essential
