Delivering for people, dedicated to places

We're looking for a Technical Triage Officer to be the first point of contact for damp, mould, condensation and repair concerns across our homes. Using remote monitoring technology, property knowledge and great customer service skills, you'll assess cases, identify risks, provide practical advice, and ensure customers get the right support quickly.

What you'll do

  • Assess damp, mould, condensation and repair cases remotely.

  • Review environmental data, resident information, photos and property records.

  • Identify likely causes and determine the best course of action.

  • Provide customers with advice on ventilation, heating and moisture control.

  • Escalate complex cases to surveyors, repairs teams or specialist contractors.

  • Produce clear reports and maintain accurate records.

  • Support repairs scheduling and, on occasion, attend properties to carry out mould washes or minor remedial works.

  • Help drive proactive housing safety and compliance, including supporting Awaab's Law requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in social housing, property maintenance, repairs diagnostics or a similar environment.

  • Strong knowledge of damp, mould, condensation and ventilation principles.

  • Understanding of HHSRS and Awaab's Law.

  • Ability to diagnose property issues and recommend repairs remotely.

  • Experience using property management systems, digital monitoring tools or similar technology.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Relevant trade background or property maintenance experience.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
