As a Driver / Warehouse Operative with Lindab, you'll provide an effective delivery service / relief warehouse duties to ensure that we can continue to deliver our products where needed.  

You’ll spend a lot of the day driving around London, delivering products to customers, so you must be a confident driver who feels at ease in busy traffic.  

What will you be doing? 

• 
  

  Picking / packing goods for despatch, checking accuracy of orders and the quality of goods. Manual handling, climbing up and down safety steps 

  
  


• 
  

  Always ensuring adherence to our health & safety including safe handling and use of PPE 

  
  


• 
  

  The safe loading and unloading of vehicles 

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining general vehicle maintenance 

  
  


• 
  

  Using forklift trucks (both Reach and / or Counterbalance) and pallet trucks. 

  
  

What do you need? 

• 
  

  Counterbalance Forklift Truck experience 

  
  


• 
  

  Experience of working in a similar driving / warehouse role 

  
  


• 
  

  Hold a full clean UK driving licence 

  
  


• 
  

  Have good knowledge of local and surrounding area (for deliveries) 

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication skills both verbal and written  

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to follow instructions, to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
