Location: Walsall, West Midlands 



Salary: £40,240 - £43,022 plus excellent benefits 



Contract:  Permanent, 37 hours per week

whg have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Designer to join our Learning and Development team and play a key role in developing our learning offer. 



This brand-new role will support the delivery of Our 2030 Plan and People Strategy, by curating a suite of bespoke digital learning materials to further enrich our offer to colleagues. 



Main job responsibilities: 





  • Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver digital learning materials 




  • Continuously evaluate the digital L&D offer and implement changes and improvements 




  • Ensure all digital learning materials are accessible and inclusive 





 



We're looking for someone who has: 





  • A qualification in instructional design or qualified by demonstratable experience 




  • Proven delivery of effective digital learning materials 




  • Excellent design skills 




  • The ability to problem solve and think on their feet 




  • A working knowledge of L&D technology and the ability to utilise this in learning solutions 




  • Excellent stakeholder management
