Document Controller / Administrator

About the Role

Coordinating all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence, you’ll check that all information complies with specified company formats, templates and standards. Setting up and managing the timely completion of operational and maintenance manuals, you’ll maintain documents and drawings providing a full comprehensive traceability of change.

About You

As an experienced Document Controller, you will have a good understanding of electronic document management systems such as ViewPoint, SharePoint & ACC along with being educated to NVQ level or equivalent. Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software would be advantageous.
