Our mission is to ensure our neighbourhoods are vibrant, safe and attractive with community services that meet the needs of local residents. Our Street Services team is central to this, taking pride in our borough and keeping Greenwich clean and green.

Street Services provides a highly important service to all the borough's residents and visitors from sweeping roads to collecting and emptying household and business waste bins. This is a vital front-line service and has a huge impact on residents and the community.

We are recruiting to the post of Driver Chargehand (Non-HGV). This position requires require a full clean C1 category licence and CPC.

Starting full time total pay £28,857 (inclusive of London weighting, contractual overtime and allowances) - this is made up of salary £24,804 plus £1,676 IVA payment and £2,377 contractual overtime)

You will work anywhere in the borough. Working on an AM or PM shift between 6am to 8pm (you must be flexible to join either shift). Starting salary £24,804 a year + allowances
