Your Role 

As our Energy Efficiency Lead, you’ll: 

• 
  

  Coordinate and deliver energy improvement programmes. 

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the Retrofit Coordinator, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 standards. 

  
  


• 
  

  Analyse energy data and develop value-for-money upgrade strategies. 

  
  


• 
  

  Lead procurement and contractor management. 

  
  


• 
  

  Promote sustainable construction and energy efficiency across the organisation. 

  
  

What We’re Looking For 

You’ll bring: 

• 
  

  Qualifications in Retrofit Coordination, Domestic Energy Assessment, and ideally Building Surveying. 

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in energy efficiency projects, retrofit coordination, and project management. 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  
  


•
