 £48,003.00 with an essential car allowance of £1657 per annum

This role is home based with a requirement to attend the office in Wellingborough a couple of times a month and up to 2 staff away days each year in Northamptonshire. 

Within this role your main responsibilities will include: 

• Managing the delivery of a high-quality ground’s maintenance and cleaning service


• Leading and motivating a team


• Developing policies and procedures


• Co-ordinating with other teams and external partners to ensure a seamless service is delivered.

What we are looking for 

Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: 

• Experience in the management of a team of operatives


• Experience in the delivery of a programme of toolbox talks 


• Experience of ensuring compliance with safe systems of work


• Experience of working within a customer focused environment.

You will enjoy the challenge of a dynamic working environment where priorities can change at short notice but will be used to managing a large team of operatives that deliver a high quality customer focused service.
