This is a really exciting role which is instrumental to our growth! As a Finance Business Partner, you'll business partner our sales channel teams to assist with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, opportunity analysis and project appraisal. 



This is a fantastic opportunity for a great influencer to confidently represent our business, as we continue to grow and evolve.



Please note this role is based remotely within the South West of the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices.



You’ll help us by;




  • Assisting in the preparation of the monthly reporting pack by providing analysis and commentary for key areas of the business that is easily understood and can be used to drive actionable insights

  • Business partnering relevant teams to help support their projects and financial decision-making

  • Ensuring budget holders are provided with key financial information to assist in financial-decision making, including budget reports, project appraisal, ROI analysis and ad-hoc reporting

  • Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed

  • Building partnerships and strong relationships with senior managers and their teams

  • Supporting the Head of FP&A, Director of Finance and CFO with key pieces of analysis when requested

  • Identifying ways to develop and improve the business partnering process, identifying key investments in process and technology to improve service provided to the business

  • Continuously challenging current processes, recommending improvements to all aspects of reporting and analysis.



The skills you’ll be sharing with the team;



With previous experience of business partnering in a multichannel retail environment, you’ll be able to translate operational requirements into finance team tasks and problem solve where required.



You’ll be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent), with experience of digital marketplaces and department stores. You’ll also be familiar with business models such as consignment stock/sale-or-return, dropship or concessions.
