About the Role

Join us in a role where every conversation counts. You’ll be responsible for recovering rent, service charges, and repair costs from former tenants while working with them to build sustainable repayment plans and strengthen their budgeting skills.

In this vital position, you’ll support our Income Collection Team Managers in auditing former tenant debt and reducing arrears at the point of tenancy termination. You will:

  • Analyse resident feedback to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

  • Prepare clear, insightful reports for managers and leadership teams.

  • Work with service teams to turn insight into meaningful service improvements.

  • Coordinate improvement actions arising from complaints and survey results.

  • Lead CSAT and insight meetings to monitor performance and drive change.

  • Support our “You Said, We Did” approach to demonstrating impact.

  • Champion a resident‑first culture across the organisation.

About You

  • We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident analysing both qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Skilled at translating insight into practical actions.

  • An excellent communicator able to work collaboratively with teams.

  • Comfortable facilitating discussions and supporting service reviews.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Passionate about improving resident experience and using evidence to drive decisions.
