Head of Marketing Leeds

  • Potter Space
  • Fulltime
  • Email

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable and ambitious B2B marketer to join a growing Leeds-based property company. The new Head of Marketing will assist the MD in his transformation of the business and will be an important voice within the senior team.

About Us

Potter Space is a rapidly growing family owned industrial and logistics property company with an existing property portfolio of 1.6m sq.ft over 5 business parks located across the UK. We have a broad customer base and a pedigree of helping our customers, our communities and our team members to flourish. Our purpose of providing a ‘home for business’ to all of our stakeholders underpins everything we do.

A recent move to a new Leeds HQ, a significant new build programme, investment in amenity space across the portfolio and the development of new, incremental revenue streams - are all underway. It is an exciting time and if you join us, it will be your job to take our marketing planning and execution to the next level.

At the moment, the Head of Marketing is a hands-on role which will require you to flex between execution and strategy with ease. There is agency and admin. support and of course we’ll be very interested in your views, after year one, as to how you see the role developing.

A background in Property would be helpful but is by no means essential. If you have transformed B2B marketing in your organisation, delivering business growth and brand advancement, we would like to hear from you. We embrace difference so we’re totally inclusive and our offices are completely accessible.

Take a look at our website and our socials. It will give you a good feel for who we are and what we do – and crucially, what we can do better and how you can help us improve.
