We’re looking for a Head of People who will be an integral part to our leadership team and oversee the People and Health and Safety services. You will play a pivotal role in inspiring, developing and leading all our people strategies including colleague experience, diversity, equity and inclusion and organisational development to galvanise the organisation behind our purpose and embed our culture through values and behaviours. We want our colleagues to maximise their potential, feel safe, supported and empowered at work. and in turn deliver meaningful and impactful services for our customers.

We need people who are / have:
A relevant degree or an appropriate alternative professional qualification (e.g. CIPD)
Able to build collaborative and respectful relationships to influence the delivery of the relevant People and Health and Safety Strategies
Evidence of commitment to personal development
Evidence of professional impact and commitment in relation to employee experience, diversity, equity and inclusion or organisational development.
An ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the Organisation.
Strong corporate working and ability to provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction.
Extensive experience leading a team of professional and experienced colleagues, who contribute expert knowledge, and a working knowledge of UK employment and HSE legislation.
Co-creation and service design experience including input and engagement with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
