£39,584 per annum
Macclesfield - Agile (home based and office with a requirement to work at the office and attend sites as required each week)
Full time 37 hours per week (permanent)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Compliance Officer to join our Safety and Compliance team.
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly motivated Health and Safety professional to support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Trust's corporate and operational Health & Safety programme.
Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Health & Safety compliance across the organisation, providing practical advice and guidance to managers, undertaking audits and inspections, supporting contractor assurance activities, investigating incidents, and helping to drive a positive safety culture.

A modern office with a friendly working environment
To succeed you’ll have previous experience in a Health & Safety, Compliance, or Coordination role with a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements, ideally within property, facilities, construction, or social housing environments.
You will also have understanding of the Health & Safety controls required when overseeing works delivered by external contractors as well as understanding of safe systems of work relating to asbestos. A full driving licence and access to a car is also required.
