Fixed Term Contract until 10/01/2024 



Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for a Homes Service Administrator to provide invaluable administrative support to the Home Directorate.



As Homes Service Administrator, you’ll deal with queries from customers and suppliers and work alongside other areas of Stonewater to maintain the condition of our stock through support of responsive repairs, planned and cyclical works. You’ll input and maintain information on relevant centralised software systems and provide accurate stock data to allow the business to identify and manage stock condition and risk.



Working as part of a cross-functional team, pulling together all expertise to provide an agile approach to the delivery of the Homes support service, you will accurately process invoices and payments, and ensure they are coded to the correct cost account. You’ll liaise with Finance and other departments as necessary to ensure payments are made within agreed contractual timescales.



The ideal candidate will:




  • Have a positive and pro-active attitude.

  • Have proven administrative experience.

  • Be computer literate with the ability to work with figures and spreadsheets.

  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Be highly organised, able to manage and prioritise work and projects in a timely manner.



Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
