Be part of something that changes lives
This isn’t just a support role—it’s about helping women rebuild, regain independence, and secure a place they can truly call home.
We’re looking for two driven, proactive individuals to join our Women’s Services team. Based at Rainham Close, you’ll work alongside women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, supporting them to move forward with confidence—into safe, stable, independent living.
You’ll be part of a dynamic service that also delivers:
Hestia Services – community-based homes for women and children
Rough Sleeper Service
This means real variety in your role, exposure to different pathways out of homelessness, and the chance to make a tangible impact every single day.
What you’ll be doing
Building practical life skills for independent living
Delivering a comprehensive Housing Management Service, including managing referrals, turning around voids, managing rent accounts, addressing arrears along with managing anti-social behaviour in line with tenancy management best practice
Working collaboratively with partner agencies and housing providers
Helping individuals set goals, make progress, and take control of their future
Supporting women to access and sustain housing
Being a consistent, reliable presence during times of change
Who this role is for
We want people who are passionate and experienced in housing, supporting independence, and social change.
You might come from housing, tenancy support, community work, or customer-facing roles where you’ve helped people navigate challenges.
What matters most is that you bring:
A strong belief in people’s ability to move forward and thrive
Energy, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset
Confidence in working in a fast-paced, people-centred environment
The ability to motivate, empower, and build trust
Why join us?
You’ll be part of a respected service with a strong reputation, where your work directly supports women to move out of crisis and into stability. No two days are the same—and the outcomes you help achieve are real and lasting.
If you’re ready to step into a role where you can make things happen this is your opportunity.
Apply now and help create pathways out of homelessness and into independence.
