Location: Manchester - Agile    

Full Time, 35 hours per week  

Fixed Term Contract, 12 months

We're looking for a HR Business Partner to work collaboratively as a both a member of the people and culture team and the leadership team of your assigned business areas providing HR expertise in order to improve individual and business performance through providing a strong proactive and responsive business partnering service and through the development and implementation of people plans, projects and initiatives  

Critical knowledge, skills and experience required   

• Chartered CIPD status  


• Strong track record in ER / Casework, demonstrating ability to directly undertake ER / casework as well as guide and advise line managers.  


• Strong relationship building skills – demonstrating the experience of being a true business partner.  


• Demonstrable experience of supporting leaders and managers with their people responsibilities taking a business partnering approach  


• Substantial experience in all aspects of employee relations and good knowledge of employment law  


• Experience of developing business people plans  


• Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders and strong communication skills  


• Coaching and mentoring skills  


• Experience of delivering projects or initiatives.  


• Excellent skills Microsoft Office products (in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
